Environmental Declaration Declaration of Conformity to The Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) The United States Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) is a federal chemicals management regulation. Under TSCA Section 6, certain substances and substance families (including treated articles containing these substances) are restricted from distribution in U.S. commerce. According to a Risk assessment of selected suppliers to DEIF A/S persistent, bio accumulative and toxic (PBT) chemicals, are not used as additives or ingredients in the manufacture of DEIF products and therefore DEIF products are not expected to contain restricted substances. This information on substances corresponds to our present knowledge as well as the status of legislation. In this respect, we specifically take the statements and indications of our suppliers and service providers as a basis. Please note: The presence of analytically detectable traces, which occur widely may have been introduced into the product via the raw materials, auxiliaries and additives cannot be excluded.
