In accordance with The Danish Financial Statements Act § 71 it shall be stated that, the Company’s annual report is included in the consolidated financial statements of FJV Foss Holding A/S. Transactions DEIF A/S has an ongoing balance towards FJV Foss Holding A/S. The non settled balance is recognised in the balance sheet as receivables from group companies. The transactions with related parties relates to normal remuniation to the board of directors, and settlement of tax with-in the Group. All transactions with related parties is carried at arms lengths.
