The annual report has been prepared in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. We consider the accounting policies applied appropriate and the used financial estimates sound. Thus, the complete annual report provides a true and fair view of the Group’s and parent company’s assets and liabilities, financial position and the results of the Group’s and parent company’s activities and cash flows. In our opinion, the management report gives a true and fair view of the financial standings and conditions it deals with, and it describes the Group’s most significant risks and uncertainties.
